Through our work with client banks, OBS discovered that customers see value in information delivery flexibility and expect access to multiple channels for information delivery along with customizable output options. Additionally, bank support of multiple alternate channels requires a single platform to handle administration, support, audit and billing of users.
Online Banking Solutions (OBS) has developed a product package known as Online Messenger designed to provide integrated secure information exchange between the bank and its customers through any of seven (7) delivery channels: Web, Secure Email, Fax, TTY, Desktop Connection, Secure FTP and Cell Phone SMS messaging.
