Account Information Reporting
Previous Day and Current Day account balance and transaction information – MFC offers a complete business ebanking solution by leveraging Online Messenger’s robust and flexible Information Reporting module. Account information is available to customers through multiple channels, including web, email, Desktop (OBS’ java-based client application), and mobile (Messenger Mobile Banking) according to company user-specific output templates that define accounts, output method, format, and frequency.

Payments & Transfers
Account Transfer, ACH, and Wire - MFC uses a simple, building block approach to payments, enabling the financial institution and its customers to structure payment processing functions to meet the specific needs of each business. ACH and Wires both support template creation for repetitive use and free-form payment creation for one-time transactions. As an added feature, Account Transfers can be created as either one-to-one or one-to-many transfers.

Fraud Prevention
Stop Payment Requests, ACH Positive Pay, Check Positive Pay – MFC supports single and range check stop payment with output to the FI through an online interface with an email back-up, if needed. Users are entitled to perform stops for specific accounts. Similarly, ACH and Check Positive Pay are accessible according to established user entitlements.

Notifications & Alerts
MFC supports extensive alerting and notification features. Alerts are subscription-based messages delivered to specific users by email or SMS/text message. Alerts may be used to notify users of the arrival of inbound or outbound wire transfers or positive pay exception items or when an account’s balance drops below a defined threshold. Notifications are subscription-based messages delivered by email and / or SMS text upon the occurrence of certain events within the system, such as status changes in payment transactions or file load validation and delivery.


MFC’s Payments system features include:

  • Payees may be defined and used for multiple payments with a minimum of keystrokes
  • Sub-function entitlement is supported to initiate, approve, administer, or view-only
  • Support for one-to-one and many-to-one Account Transfers
  • ACH and Wires each support reusable transaction templates
  • Repetitive and semi-repetitive templates for Wires
  • ACH and Wires each support entitled free-form initiation
