OBS Demonstrates ACH and Wire Payment Services at NACHA Payments Conference in Seattle

At the upcoming NACHA PAYMENTS 2010 conference in Seattle, Wash., Online Banking Solutions (OBS), will hold private demonstrations of its recently launched ACH and Wire payment initiation services. The new service completes its Messenger Financial Center offering, a Web 2.0 cash management and business banking portal based on Online Messenger. OBS provides next-generation cash management and revenue-generating business banking solutions for banks, including eight of the top 50 U.S. commercial bank holding companies.
Built to meet contemporary scale, channel, security and integration requirements, OBS’ Messenger Financial Center enables banks to move beyond classic barriers to leverage delivery channels for files and transactions without limitation. Banks’ business customers can perform any financial transaction with ease. In addition, OBS’ Messenger Mobile Services allows banks to leverage and deliver the new Payment Services through the mobile channel as well as other licensed delivery channels. Messenger Financial Center provides transaction initiation including stop payments and account-to-account transfers and payment initiation of vendor payments, payroll and domestic wire transfers. OBS plans to continue building out their payments capabilities to include a full range of domestic and international payment types.
Messenger Financial Center Payment Services is deployed with a contemporary administration and control infrastructure supporting entitlements with separation of duties and dynamic approval levels designed to meet the needs of small companies or large companies. As an extension of the Online Messenger platform, Messenger Financial Center Payment Services provides extensive security and audit capabilities and reporting.

Mobile Banking for Business: OBS Adds a New Delivery Channel to Online Messenger
Online
Messenger is a multi-channel event based information and file delivery
platform providing commercial clients with a central access point for
all online banking to view and execute financial
transactions. It consists of a base system for bank and
customer administration and various services and delivery channels.
The new Mobile Banking
Channel complements other channels by allowing users to view account
information, initiate payments, and receive notifications and alerts
while away from their computer. Users may choose the mobile
channel for the services and functions such as: Account
information, balance reporting, special reports, account
transfers, payments, bulletins, alerts, advices and notifications.
Additional features
include: incoming wire notifications, password or one-time pass code
security, entitled accounts and services, transaction approvals and
Positive Pay decisions.

Messenger Mobile

Online Banking Solutions (OBS) Completes SAS 70 Type II Audit for Online Messenger and Reports 100% System Availability During 2008
Online Banking
Solutions (OBS) today announced the successful completion of an
independent SAS 70 Type II audit confirming the Online Messenger
Platform's operational controls and compliance. Online Messenger
provides online, event-based and multi-channel banking services to
financial institutions and their customers in a 100% hosted or
application service provider environment. In addition to meeting these
stringent service organization standards for its outsource business,
OBS reported 100% system availability, which is critical to its many
major U.S. banking clients. The successful completion of the SAS 70 -
II audit (Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70: AICPA) means that an
independent auditor has confirmed OBS's service organization's
adherence to adequate internal controls including security for its
operations and Online Messenger Platform.
